For Final Thoughts on Stress: 9 Blogs to Read
As we close out the year, I hope we all have had a chance to rest and recharge. Some of us have been working, but, hopefully, not on anything too taxing. Some of us have been busy hosting and attending events. Some of us have been binge-watching that show we don’t want anyone to know we love. Some of us have been sick (like me). Unfortunately, we need to rest, stay hydrated, and not be stressed to stand a chance with the onslaught of viruses and bacteria out there now.
The last few posts I have written have deliberately been about helping your teams when they feel stretched, stressed, and burnt out as I see this as a real challenge in the workplace today. This is not an unexplored topic by many writers, including me. I have written about the topic of stress in many forms across the years. In fact, I earmarked an entire section of my book, Succeed from the Middle, on managing stress and pressure.
For other situations and tips, check out some of my blogs over the last few years that tackle this sticky subject matter. Everyone — Please take care of yourselves, your family, and your pets. See you in the new year with new topics!
